TAMPA, Fla. — August 5, 2026 — Ridgeline AI, an E29 Holdings company, today announced its acceptance into the Databricks Startup Program through Element 29 LLC, the operating and contracting company supporting Ridgeline AI. Ridgeline will use Databricks to accelerate the development of governed data and AI applications for defense, industrial, critical-infrastructure and commercial operations.

Databricks expanded its Startup Program on June 16, 2026. Qualifying startups may receive up to $200,000 in combined Databricks and Neon credits, together with technical guidance and selected go-to-market support. Ridgeline AI will apply the program resources to its product and deployment roadmap. The amount and availability of benefits are subject to eligibility and program terms.

Participation also builds on Element 29's existing Databricks partner relationship and Ridgeline AI's work to establish a scalable, governed foundation for operational and physical AI.

Statement

“Ridgeline AI is being built for environments where data is abundant but operational context is fragmented. Databricks gives us a scalable foundation for bringing enterprise systems, engineering knowledge, field evidence and physical sensing into one governed environment. Combined with Element 29's engineering and field-delivery experience, that foundation helps us move beyond isolated AI pilots and deliver applications operators can use in real work.”

01 / The fragmentation problem

Organizations often manage critical work across ERP, EAM, CMMS, procurement, finance, GIS, SCADA, OT, historian, engineering-document, work-order, inspection, imagery and sensor systems.

Each source may be useful on its own, but the systems rarely share the context needed to support decisions across assets, locations, missions, policies, personnel and risk.

Ridgeline AI is building a governed operating layer that reconciles those sources into reusable mission data products and applications. The company will focus on four areas.

  • ERP
  • EAM
  • CMMS
  • Procurement
  • Finance
  • GIS
  • SCADA
  • OT
  • Historian
  • Engineering documents
  • Work orders
  • Inspection
  • Imagery
  • Sensors

Fourteen source families · one governed context

02 / Four areas of focus
Unified mission data foundations
01

Unified mission data foundations

Governed data products and mission models spanning enterprise, asset, maintenance, financial, geospatial, field and sensor information. The objective is a trusted operating context that can be reused across applications instead of rebuilt for each use case.

Operational and Industrial AI
02

Operational and Industrial AI

Applications for readiness, maintenance intelligence, program performance, field operations, procurement and spend, OT risk and resilience, logistics, facilities and critical-infrastructure decision support.

Physical AI
03

Physical AI

Connections among computer vision, thermal, acoustic, vibration, lidar, edge-computing and OT/ICS signals, including data collected through unmanned aircraft systems and other uncrewed platforms where appropriate, and the assets, locations, procedures and risks they represent.

Governed deployment
04

Governed deployment

Role-based access, source lineage, policy controls, approvals and operator-in-the-loop workflows designed to keep consequential recommendations traceable and accountable.

Focus · 01 / 04

The objective is not another isolated dashboard. It is a governed operating layer that connects what systems report, what machines perceive, what operators know and what policy permits.

03 / Forward-deployed delivery
Forward-deployed engineer working alongside operators on site

Ridgeline AI uses a forward-deployed engineering model. Its teams work alongside operators to map workflows, reconcile source systems, build usable applications and harden them for production.

Ridgeline AI operates as an E29 Holdings company. Element 29 LLC provides the engineering, systems-integration, federal-contracting and field-delivery foundation behind Ridgeline AI. Its capabilities span industrial automation and controls, electrical and process engineering, OT/ICS cybersecurity, project and program management, procurement, commissioning and field support. Applicable services may be acquired through Element 29 LLC's GSA Multiple Award Schedule contract, 47QRAA26D0058, where appropriate.

04 / What comes next

Acceptance into the Databricks Startup Program supports Ridgeline AI's next phase: establishing a production-grade data and AI foundation, validating mission applications with operators and scaling deployments across complex operating environments.

// Product architecture update

Where Databricks sits in the Ridgeline architecture.

Ridgeline Mission Operations is being productized on Palantir Foundry and AIP as its native operational product platform. Databricks remains a supported enterprise data, analytics, and model-development environment that Ridgeline can connect to, alongside ERP, CMMS, CRM, Domo, cloud platforms, files, APIs, and operational systems.

Ridgeline AI remains the product, brand, domain layer, and customer experience. Upstream data platforms are connected systems, not the operator interface.

Ridgeline AI is an independent company. Palantir, Foundry, AIP, and Databricks are trademarks of their respective owners. No partnership or endorsement is implied.
