Complex operations rarely lack data. They lack shared operational context.
Element 29 has launched Ridgeline AI — mission applications that bring enterprise systems, operational technology, sensors, and field workflows into one governed model of the operation.
TAMPA, Fla. — Operators in defense, energy, and industrial environments run dozens of systems of record. Each is authoritative about part of the operation and silent about the rest. The result is familiar: readiness is reconstructed by hand, in slides, hours after the moment the decision was needed. Ridgeline AI is built to close that gap by modeling the operation itself — assets, people, tasks, cost, and authority — and keeping every recommendation traceable to the evidence behind it.

Shared operational context
One model of the operation — not eight disconnected dashboards.
On the record
“The people accountable for outcomes still rebuild the picture by hand. Ridgeline closes that gap.”
An intelligence layer across the systems you already run.
Ridgeline AI does not replace ERP, CMMS, SCADA, or historians. It sits above them, resolves the same asset described four different ways into one entity, and turns that reconciled picture into the views the accountable operator actually works from — readiness, condition, schedule, exposure, and cost.
Each application area is delivered against a customer’s own decision, on their own data, in their own environment — not as a generic dashboard template.
A physical signal should be more than an isolated alert.
Through E29X TECHNOLOGIES, the ecosystem contributes sensing, edge compute, robotics, and UAS and broader UxS platforms. Ridgeline AI carries what those systems perceive into the same governed model as the enterprise record, so a thermal anomaly arrives with the asset’s history, criticality, and approval path attached — and with a human in the authorizing seat.
Perceive, correlate, recommend, authorize — the same four steps whether the signal comes from a fixed sensor, an autonomous platform, or an inspector with a tablet.
Governing principle
Autonomy is granted. Never assumed.
No action reaches a physical system without a named human authorizing it, and no authorization leaves the loop without a record of the evidence behind it.
Three entities, one delivery path.
Element 29 executes the engineering, integration, controls, and OT/ICS security work in the field. E29X TECHNOLOGIES builds the hardware-enabled sensing and edge autonomy. Ridgeline AI is the governed intelligence layer between that capability and the decisions leaders are accountable for.
Ridgeline AI operates in environments alongside established platform and compute providers, and integrates where a customer already has them in place.
Every engagement starts with one decision that matters.
Ridgeline AI is delivered by forward-deployed engineers who work on site with the people accountable for the outcome. The first question is never which model to use — it is which decision is being made, who signs it, what evidence it requires, and what happens when it is wrong. Everything else is built backward from that answer.
The sequence runs in weeks, not quarters. A working surface in front of real operators is the deliverable — validation happens in the field, on live data, with the people whose names are on the decision.
Nothing ships as a demo. Each step is instrumented, logged, and reviewable, so the path from signal to authorized action can be reconstructed after the fact.
Federal, state, and local buyers may evaluate applicable services through Element 29 LLC’s GSA Multiple Award Schedule contract 47QRAA26D0058, where appropriate.
Ridgeline AI is available now for scoped engagements, beginning with a briefing on a single decision the customer needs to make faster and defend afterward. Deployments are designed for environments where availability, provenance, and accountability are non-negotiable — including air-gapped and restricted networks.
The loop
What machines perceive.
What operators know.
What the mission permits.
One governed loop.
Model the mission. Move the decision.
